YES Registration Form

Please register for the 2013 AQHYA Youth Excellence Seminars (YES) and Convention by May 6, 2013. Please submit one application per person. Youth must be 14 by June 20, 2013, to participate. You will be contacted for payment information.

Registration Prices:

AQHYA members: $75 until April 30, 2013
AQHA adult members: $75 until April 30, 2013
Non-members: $90 until April 30, 2013
Adults and youth registering between April 30-May 6: $100

All youth must be accompanied by an adult chaperone (one adult per 10 youth).

Once you've completed the online form, be sure to complete the supplemental forms and fax to AQHYA or bring to Amarillo.
