Scharbauer Gallery and Classroom
The spacious gallery and classroom is a great, open space for meetings, seminars and other events. It also serves as temporary exhibit space. This room is 2,640 square feet.

  • $400 half day flat fee & $150 deposit, available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • $600 full day flat fee & $150 deposit, available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • $800 flat fee & $150 deposit, available Monday through Friday, 5 p.m. -10 p.m. and weekends, if approved. There is an additional fee of $200/hr if the facility is vacated after 10 p.m.

Kenneth Banks Theater / Club Room
The theater sports a collection of original oil paintings by Oklahoma artist Orren Mixer; one can explore many of the past legends of the American Quarter Horse captured in these vibrant works. The Kenneth Banks Theater / Club Room is a social or educational gathering place, an elegant, yet comfortable space for parties, video presentations and special events. The room is 1,092 square feet. A variety of seating arrangements can make this space adaptable for all occasions.

  • $750 half day flat fee & $150 deposit, available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • $1,000 full day flat fee & $150 deposit, available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • $1,500 flat fee, available Monday through Friday, 5 p.m. -10 p.m. and weekends, if approved. There is an additional fee of $200/hr if the facility is vacated after 10 p.m.

The Grand Hall
As a tribute to the inductees of the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame, the Grand Hall is designed to honor the people and horses that have shaped the American Quarter horse breed. The Grand Hall has high ceilings with a breathtaking architecture. Visitors are drawn immediately to the majestic Hall of Fame Medallion featured as the focal point at the far end of the hall. Massive stone columns and wooden support beams are interspersed between plaques honoring each Hall of Fame inductee.
The elegant Grand Hall is the perfect venue for wedding receptions, large parties, meetings and other events.  It is 31.5’ x 90’ and 2,835 square feet, or 22.5’ x 90’ and 2,025 square feet (column to column). This hall can be arranged a variety of ways to accommodate almost any group.

  • $5,000 flat fee, available Monday through Friday, 5 p.m. -10 p.m. and weekends, if approved. There is an additional fee of $200/hr if the facility is vacated after 10 p.m.

Amenities
Chairs - Plastic and cloth chairs will be provided with the room rental fee.

Tables – Sixty inch plastic round tables will be provided with the room rental fee.

Stage - $100 half stage, $150 full stage

AV Assistant  - Assistant is $150 per hour after 5 p.m. and weekends.   

Podium – Podium is included with room rental if no mic is needed. A podium with a mic is available for $50.
