Multiple Grade 1 sire Dashin Bye will stand the 2013 season at Dr. Larry Findley's Delta Equine Center, near Vinton. His fee has been set at $3,000.
The son of all-time leading sire First Down Dash has sired 290 winners, 20 stakes winners, 28 stakes-placed earners of more than $10.2 million and average earnings per starter of over $22,300. Among his get are RG1 winner First Dashin Bye SI 109 ($449,170), Vessels Maturity-G1 winner Frankie Shoots SI 103 ($331,328), RG2 winner Mon Ti Rose SI 103 ($284,169), RG1 winner Devins Secret SI 106 ($267,218), Zoobilee SI 112 ($249,615), Rapid Transit SI 102 ($248,615), etc.
Owned by Vanderford and Nunnally, Dashin Bye won or placed in 15 of 19 career starts while earning $305,250. He won the AQHA Derby Challenge Championship(G1), New Mexico Derby Challenge(G3) and All American Gold Cup. He finished second in the Cash Rate Handicap and was third in the Texas Classic Futurity(G1) and Go Man Go Handicap(G1).
Dashin Bye is out of the Grade 2 stakes winning Zevi (TB) mare Sweet Bye And Bye ($324,563), dam of 6 ROM, four stakes winners and 1 stakes-placed including Rainbow Juvenile Invitational winner and G1 placed Strong Hope ($209,395), stakes winners Sweet Adios ($66,023) and Chick Happens ($39,747). Dashin Bye is a full brother stakes-placed and multiple stakes sire Sweet First Down ($146,374).
His second dam is the multiple stakes producing Oh Shiney mare Bye Bye Imgone, dam of 19 ROM including stakes winner Bold Farwell ($79,915) and the granddam of G3 winner Missourian ($114,781), Jess Because ($77,736), etc.
