Givinitaroyaleffort to Stand in Louisiana

Grade 1 winning son of First Down Dash to stand at Louisiana Center for Equine Reproduction.

Grade 1 $1 million Heritage Place Futurity winner Givinitaroyaleffort will stand the 2013 season at Louisiana Center For Equine Reproduction, near Opelousas. His fee has been set at $2,000. The son of all-time leading sire First Down Dash is the property of syndicate.

Trained by Ed Hardy, Givinitaroyaleffort won or placed in five of eight starts while earning $427,928. He won the Heritage Place Futurity in just his third career start, defeating such major Grade 1 runners as 2011 All American Derby (G1) winner Llano Teller SI 105 ($1,687,347 to 4, 2012), multiple stakes winner Freighttrain B SI 115 ($421,761) and grade 1 placed Knuckles O Toole SI 112 ($245,795 at 2). 

His dam, Delphia, is a daughter of world champion and triple crown winner Special Effort and a half-sister to champion and champion sire This Snow Is Royal ($554,748), Grade 1 winner Evening Snow ($567,116), Grade 1 winner Avison ($293,667), Los Alamitos Juvenile winner Achievement ($41,527), etc. She has produced 10 ROM, including Texas Classic Futurity (G1) third place finisher Special Royal Corona ($156,111), Rainbow Futurity (G1) third place finisher Royal Delphias Chick ($59,133) and stakes-placed Nuevo Cartel ($30,148). Delphia is also the granddam of Grade 3 winner King Brimmerton ($348,698).

Givinitaroyaleffort's second dam is the three-time champion and former Broodmare of the Year Florentine ($1,123,102), a sister to champion Calyx and stakes winner's Stamen, Stylish and Shillings; and a half-sister to stakes winner's Ive Been Blessed and Royal Miracle Dip.
