The Racing Aces tabbed a profitable weekend in Week 2 of the Summer Showdown.

In Week 1 of the Racing Aces Summer Showdown, Denis Blake captured the title in front-running fashion. Last weekend's contest had an entirely different outcome as Racing Ace John Hernandez came from behind for the victory with the selection of  Trendi ($91.20/$21.60) in the Rainbow Futurity (G1), the final race of the weekend's contest.

With the huge score in the Rainbow, Hernandez parlayed the $20 total investment ($2 to win/place on five races) into a net score of $119.20, leaving fellow Aces Jen Perkins, Jennifer Hancock, Martha Claussen and week one victor Denis Blake in the dust.

The Aces tabbed four of the five race winners, resulting in a $125.80 return on $8 of win tickets.

The competition resumes this weekend when the Aces handicap the following races:

•    TQHA Sale Futurity (RG2)
•    Adequan Les Bois Derby Challenge
•    Gordon Mobley Futurity - Indiana-Grand
•    Spencer Childers California Breeders' Champ (RG1)
•    Zia Futurity (RG1)
