The picture cleared among the nation's top older horses this past weekend when Last To Fire dispatched a stellar field with ease in the $100,000 Go Man Go Handicap (G1) at Los Alamitos. A division looking for a definitive leader got just that in the latest AQHA Racing-Horseplayernow.com Top 10 Poll. Last To Fire, ranked fifth a week ago, shot to the top on the strength of his second-straight Grade 1 stakes score of the season.

The 4-year-old gelding by Walk Thru Fire has won four of five starts on the 2013 season, including the Vessels Maturity (G1). His 1 ¾-length domination of the Go Man Go came against no less than four previous AQHA divisional champions. Race runner-up Rylees Boy, who dead-heated for the place with Sparky E Boy, checked in at No. 5 in this week's rankings. Rylees Boy had spent much of the spring atop the national poll following his win in the Los Alamitos Winter Championship (G1).

This week's 2-year-old rankings remained unchanged as All American Futurity (G1) hero Handsome Jack Flash continued to be a unanimous No. 1 on all ballots.
