A revised immigration rule may be beneficial for those in the racing industry, reports The Blood Horse.

The new rule, set to take effect in March, would allow undocumented spouses and children of United States citizens to apply for a waiver while in the U.S.. The previous rule would require them to return to their home country to apply for a visa.
