Two new faces joined this week’s AQHA Racing-Horseplayernow.com National Top 10 rankings, which once again was headed by the unanimous No. 1 Rylees Boy. The newcomers were Feature Mr Who, who debuted at No. 7 following his win in the $107,370 Bank of America Sunland Championship Challenge (G2), and Mr Ease Cartel, now ranked No. 8 following his score in Los Alamitos’ $205,900 El Primero Del Ano Derby (G2). Both won their first stakes races, and Feature Mr Who earned a flashy 108 speed index in his Sunland Park score.

The national top 10 has really taken shape in recent weeks with last year’s champion 2-year-old filly PJ Chick In Black making a successful sophomore return in the West Texas Derby (G3) and First In Class DBS taking Remington Park’s first major Grade 1 of the older-horse division in the Leo Stakes.

The AQHA Racing-Horseplayernow.com National Top 10 rankings are presented each Wednesday of the racing season through year’s end. The national poll for 2-year-olds will debut later this spring as more juveniles embark on their racing careers.
