Jaime Dominguez’s Feature Mr Who, coming off a win in the Bank of America Sunland Championship Challenge (G2), heads the older horses racing 400 yards in the $35,000 La Plata Stakes at SunRay Park on Saturday.

Feature Mr Who (Feature Mr Jess-Whosleaving Corona by Corona Cartel) dominated the 440-yard Bank of America Sunland Challenge when he drew out to a 1 1/4-length win in a very fast :20.462 with a crosswind. The 4-year-old raced to his first stakes win after finishing third in the Sunland Park Winter Derby (G2) and the Hobbs America Derby (G3) as well as qualifying for the Rainbow Derby (G1).

Crowson Racing’s Jump Down Azoom (Azoom-Jump Down First by First Down Dash) returns to the stakes division after taking a $35,000 allowance race at Sunland Park on April 3. He has won three races for trainer Victor Rodriguez-Flores and finished sixth in the West Texas Maturity (G2) in his latest four starts.

Jill Giles’ The Devils Rainbow (Gol-The Red Rock Rainbow by Apollo (TB)) is in sharp form with two wins and a pair of close second-place runs in his latest four efforts. He closed out 2012 for trainer Wes Giles with two optional claiming races and then was second, by a head and a nose, in two higher-priced claiming races at Sunland Park.
