GEN119. HONORARY AQHA MEMBERSHIP: The Executive Committee may, from time to time, award an Honorary Membership to parties who merit special recognition for their individual efforts at the national or international level, in furtherance of the aims and objectives of AQHA. This membership shall have voting privileges. The honorary membership shall entitle the recipient to privileges regarding an annual membership, with the exception of AQHYA and amateur AQHA memberships, which carry special qualification requirements. Such membership may be designated by an appropriate plaque or certificate.
