Zinn Lindsey Dies

18-year-old who won first AQHA Ranching Heritage Challenge is killed in auto accident.

Zinn Lindsey of Jayton, Texas, 18, died May 15 in a traffic accident, according to the Abilene Reporter-News website.

Zinn, a senior at Aspermont High School in Aspermont, Texas, was the first non-pro champion of AQHA’s inaugural Ranching Heritage Challenge.

On May 12, Zinn won the junior division of the Ranch Horse Association of American competition in Abilene. He was also involved in Stock Horse of Texas competition.
