Qualify through your affiliate for the AQHA Novice championships.

Qualifying Period: May 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013

Three affiliate methods exist through the British Columbia Quarter Horse Association:
- The BCQHA high-point and reserve high-point winners for Novice classes in the previous calendar year are deemed to be qualified (meaning the 2012 calendar year for the 2013 Novice Championship shows).
- Show in Novice classes in six BCQHA-approved shows during the qualifying period (May 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013).
- Place in the top 10 at an AQHA Regional Championship Show (between July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013).
The exhibitor must be a member of the BCQHA affiliate.
Invitations will not be extended should an exhibitor not fill his or her slot.
BCQHA-qualified applicants must submit a request for invitation to BCQHA by June 30, 2013, accompanied by the horse’s name and registration number, the rider’s AQHA membership ID and show records as proof of qualification to the Novice Championship shows.
