The Register for the 2012 Youth Excellence Seminar here! and AQHYA Convention take place June 21-23 in Amarillo, Texas. AQHYA members ages 14 to 18 won't want to miss this three-day, fun-packed event that offers valuable leadership skills, inspiring speakers and tons of fun.

Three days of fun, friends and finding your way as a leader Magnificent speakers Anyone can attend! Registration fee: $75 for youth members and adult members. $90 for non-member youth and adults. Includes meals. Registration deadline: April 30 Last day to replace individuals: June 4, 2012. Registration must be in AQHA's office on or before the deadline. Every AQHYA Affiliate will be allowed to send four delegates to AQHYA Officer and Director elections. You can bring as many youth as you would like, but only four will have voting privileges. Delegates must be declared by April 2, 2012. No exceptions. AQHYA has 11 regions. Each region will elect three AQHYA directors. Five AQHYA officers will be elected. Officer and director applications are due by April 9, 2012, for pre-convention publicity. You must declare candidacy by May 7, 2012. No exceptions. For hotel reservations, please call:
