 INJUNS FINE WINE TO STAND AT SPEED 3 FARMS

November 3, 2009 - Doris and Henry Smith's Injuns Fine Wine will begin his stallion career at Speed 3 Farms near Purcell, Oklahoma in 2010. He will stand for an introductory fee of $750.

The stakes winning son of Invisible Injun is the winner of six races and $87,366 to 6, 2009. He won the Dash For Roses Stakes was third in the Golden Driller Stakes (G3) and a finalist in the Bank of America Oklahoma Challenge Championship (G1) and Harrah's Dash Stakes.

According to AQHA records, Injuns Fine Wine is the only stallion in Quarter Horse racing history to record AAA at 250, 300, 330, 400, 440, 550 and 870 yards. He did this on six different tracks.

"He has amazing speed at all distances and should be a great outcross," owner Henry Smith said. "He is a big, correct, great looking individual, standing 16 hands and weighing in at 1350 lbs."

His sire, Invisible Injun by Easily Smashed, was as stakes winner of $173,092 and sired 16 stakes winners with earnings in excess of $4 million. Among his get are champion Run And Pray ($295,456) and stakes winner Babe On The Beach ($193,302), the dam of champion Dont Let Down ($697,769).

He is out of a 100% ROM producing mare who is a half-sister to champion and All American Futurity winner Rocket Wrangler ($252,167). Rocket Wrangler is the sire of world champion and former all-time leading sire Dash For Cash.

Injuns Fine Wine's third dam is the blue-hen stakes winning mare Go Galla Go by Go Man Go. She produced 11 ROM winners including the aforementioned Rocket Wrangler, stakes winner Go Galla's Man and stakes-placed Go Galla's Lady.

Prior to his retirement for stallion duty, Injuns Fine Wine is expected to race at the upcoming Hialeah Park Quarter Horse meet in Florida.

Speed 3 Farms also stands the stakes winning son of Stoli, Midnight In Moscow who's first foals will race in 2010.
