July 1, 2009 - Wyoming Downs at Evanston, Wyoming, opened Saturday for an eight-day meet which will conclude July 19.

The track will host racing on Friday with trials for the Silver Dollar Futurity, the Bank of America Northwest Challenge Championship and Bayer Legend Northwest Derby Challenge.

Races will be held on Friday and Saturday this weekend, then Saturdays and Sundays through closing day. Racing kicks off each day at 1:05pm and gates open at 11:30am.
