The AQHA Records Research Department will research the record or pedigree of a limited number of horses at the request of the customer. This service is available for both members and nonmembers with a set charge per requested record type.
Manual research is $40.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. Current members may request records from the Records Research Department by using the e-mail form below which authorizes AQHA to bill the member for the services. Members will need to send in a minimum of $3. If the order exceeds the $3 minimum, the fees listed below will apply. *Remember, members can find these records online. Non-members must contact the AQHA Records Department at (806) 376-7415 with their request, which may be charged to a Visa or MasterCard. Non-members pay twice the amount, and may join at the time of request to receive the member fees. Non-members will need to send in a minimum of $5. Gives the month and year each horse was foaled, each horse's number, as well as the total halter and total performance points for the horse requested, and all of the horses in the pedigree. (Does not give awards)
012 4 GENERATION PEDIGREE WITH COLORS - $3.00 per pedigree
Gives the month and year each horse was foaled, each horse's number, and the color of horse in the pedigree.
013 4 GENERATION COLOR PEDIGREE/PARCHMENT - $7.00 per pedigree
Gives the year each horse was foaled, each horse's number, and the color of each horse in the pedigree, printed on a higher quality paper, suitable for framing.
020 MASTER REGISTRATION & PERFORMANCE RACE/SHOW PEDIGREE - $5.00 per pedigree
A 4 generation pedigree that gives the breeder and recorded owner of the horse requested, month and year that each horse was foaled, each horse's number, as well as the speed index, number of races, wins, 2nds, 3rds, money earned, total halter points, and total performance points for the horse requested and all of the horses in the pedigree. This pedigree will give you the number of points in a specific event and awards for the horse requested only. This specific breakdown of awards is not listed for horses in the pedigree.
021 MASTER REGISTRATION WITH ALL OWNERS & SMALL PEDIGREE - $3.00 per pedigree
A 4 generation pedigree that gives the breeder and recorded owner, month and year that each horse was foaled, each horse's number, as well as all previous owners.
022 MASTER REGISTRATION & PERFORMANCE WITH SMALL PEDIGREE - $5.00 per pedigree
Master Registration & Performance w/Small Pedigree Is a 4 generation pedigree that gives the breeder and recorded owner, month and year that each horse was foaled, each horse's number, as well as the total number of points in a specific event, a summary of the race record including stakes races, and the awards earned for the horse requested.
023 MASTER OWNERSHIP RECORD WITHOUT PEDIGREE - $1.00 per horse
Gives the breeder, recorded owner, and all previous owners
030 COMPLETE RACE DETAIL RECORD - $.05 per race
Gives the sire, dam, breeder, recorded owner, month, day and year of each race, track, race number, distance, race description, stakes or grade, disqualification, dead heat, placing, margin, time, speed index, timing method, track condition, weight of the jockey, points, odds, medication, and earnings. Also gives a summary at the end of the report, of awards and stakes races.

Gives a pedigree of the stallion (same as report 020), also gives the sire, dam, breeder, owner, performance summary and awards for the stallion. Will list all of the stakes placers by the requested stallion and will then give the same information for the foals as report 070.
080 PRODUCE OF DAM RECORD - $.10 per foal, $4.00 minimum
Gives the sire, dam, breeder, owner, and a performance summary on the dam. Gives the sire, dam, breeder, owner and performance summary for the stallion. Lists the total foals of the producing daughters giving foals name, registration number, registration status, color, sex, year foaled, whether or not the foal is an embryo transfer, the dam, dam's registration number, sire and the sire's registration number. If the foals has raced, it will provide the race month, year, speed index, number of races, wins, 2nds, 3rds, total earnings, stakes wins, 2nds, 3rds.
