I just purchased a Thoroughbred. What do I need to do to record the Thoroughbred with AQHA?
The owner needs to submit photocopies of the Jockey Club Certificate, front and back. The one-time enrollment fee is $50 per horse if the owner is a current member, or $85 for a nonmember. In addition, AQHA will also need 4 photographs (each side, front, and rear view) of the horse.
I purchased a Thoroughbred that is on file with AQHA. How do I change AQHA's ownership records so I may use the Thoroughbred for breeding?
Send copies of the Jockey Club Certificate (front and back), along with the fee of $15 for members and $50 for nonmember.
