| CAMP IT UP!
The American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame created the Camp It Up! program for one important reason-to teach young people about horses! We believe it is important to educate our youth about the special relationship humans have always had with horses. Since Camp It Up!'s inception in 1999, hundreds of young people have had a blast learning about American Quarter Horses during the weeklong summer program. A natural learning environment for horse enthusiasts, our newly remodeled Hall of Fame gives campers hands-on experience with actual saddles and tack, interactive stations and videos, and horse feeds and supplies. We even give each camper the opportunity to climb aboard a real live American Quarter Horse.
