Follow AQHYA member Tara Osburn as she raises her AQHA Young Horse Development Program filly.

Tara Osburn and KT Docs Mamba, aka Tara Osburn of Gaston, Oregon, received KT Docs Mamba, aka “Scarlett,” in fall 2013 through the AQHA Young Horse Development Program from AQHA Ranching Heritage Breeder KT Ranch.

About the Program

The AQHA Young Horse Development Program provides an opportunity for youth to become engaged in the horse industry at a fundamental level that will be fun and educational. Additionally, the project showcases the stock being bred and raised by AQHA Ranching Heritage Breeders.
