If you wish to compete as an amateur, join or renew your amateur membership!  American Quarter Horse owners who do not join the professional ranks may enjoy a full spectrum of competition in the amateur division. Amateur memberships are reserved for competitors who are 19 years of age or older on January 1 and meet certain owner/exhibitor eligibility requirements.
