Statistically, the sale leads the industry in most categories. The 2007 edition boasted an 80% completed sales, a high selling horse of $103,000, a high selling mare at $79,000, and an average price for the top 25 selling horses of $30,644.

The World Sale offers a diverse market providing sessions that covers nearly every show discipline. Show horses, prospects and breeding stock are sold in three sessions. The first session is for working events, such as Roping, Reining, Working Cow Horse and Cutting. The second session on Saturday is for Halter Horses. The World Sale continues to be the best Halter Horse market anywhere. The third session, held on Sunday, is for Performance horses for Western and English rail classes and related performance events.
