REGION TWO EXPERIENCE

DAY FOUR, SEPTEMBER 28, 2008

Region Two closed on Sunday with more than 1,500 entries, up from more than 1,200 in 2007. Western horsemanship and pleasure were the only classes to show on Sunday. Here's how the all-around competition ended up:

Small fry - Compaq Chip and Demi Aune, Glasgow, Montana; Novice youth - Ima Leggs Girl and Sadie Church, Columbus, Montana; Youth, 14-18 - Power Of Revulation and Alyssa Nix, Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Youth, 13 and under - One Good Fantasy and Kansas Grace Suenram, Dillon, Montana; Novice amateur - In Sandmans Image and Kristen Gfroerer, Ronan, Montana; Amateur - Naturally Dynamic and Diane Walsh, Minot, North Dakota; Select - Im Dee Other Chip and Janis Greenland, Hastings, Nebraska; Open - Look Whos Larkin Now and Tracy Luedeke-Cutler, Stratford, South Dakota.

Region Two sponsors awarded seven TexTan all around high point  saddles.

Diane Walsh and Naturally Dynamic of Minot, North Dakota, wait in the Bray Arena for their horsemanship class. They ended up winning the amateur all around.
