Brad Lund and With All Probability raised the roof off the Oklahoma State Fair coliseum when the pair turned in a score of 226 to win the senior heading finals. There was no doubt where their cheering section was located in the arena.

“It was so exciting to watch him out there," owner Jim Holland said. “This is our third year down here, and we’ve done fairly well, but this is amazing.”

Lund and Ticket turn their steer
during the senior heading
finals.
Lund and Ticket jumped out of the box and made turning a steer look like second nature to them.

“We had a good steer, and “Ticket” turned him and just did a solid job like he does every time,” Lund said. “He’s the best heading horse I’ve ever rode.”

Holland purchased the 8-year-old bay stallion when he was 3, and Lund has trained him since then.

“He’s super athletic and always willing,” Lund said. There are very few horses that will come around like he does.”

Lund praises Ticket’s ability, but Holland also credits Lund for the horse's success.

“He’s the best trainer in the world,” Holland said. “You pair that with a great horse, and you’ve really got something.”

Ticket’s next big show will be at the World’s Greatest Horseman contest in Stephenville, Texas, in February. Until then Lund said Ticket will celebrate by getting a cinnamon roll.

“He’s kind of got a sweet tooth, so my wife, Amy, feeds him cinnamon rolls,” Lund said.
