YEARLING GELDINGS

ONE SILENT KOPY DOES IT AGAIN.

BY TONYA RATLIFF-GARRISON, FIELD EDITOR

One Silent Kopy and Luke Castle were the yearling geldings world champions.
This is One Silent Kopy’s first AQHA World Championship Show. However, it won’t be his last.

The sorrel not only won the amateur yearling geldings class with owner Josh Weakly on November 9, he also took the open yearling geldings world championship with AQHA Pro Horseman Luke Castle at the lead on November 15.

“He’s a real nice horse to be around, and he loves to go show,” the Wayne, Oklahoma, trainer said.

Besides the world championships, One Silent Kopy also the won the open yearling geldings class at the All American Quarter Horse Congress.

“He’s had a really great year,” Luke said. “And we’ll continue to campaign him again next year. He likes to go, so he’ll be going.”
