| YOUTH EXCELLENCE SEMINAR and AQHYA CONVENTION The 2009 Y.E.S. and AQHYA Convention will be held June 25 - June 27 in Amarillo, TX. IMPORTANT LINKS: - 3 Days of Fun, Friends and Finding Your Way as a Leader
- Magnificent Motivational Speakers - This year's speakers will include: Rhett Laubach and Stewart Kennedy
- Any AQHYA member can attend
- Registration Fee - $75 - For youth and adults - Includes meals
- Registration Deadline - May 1, 2009
- Late Registration After May 2 - 8 - $100 (no new registrations accepted after May 8)
- Last day to replace individuals June 6, 2009
- Registration must be IN THE OFFICE by the deadline
- Every AQHYA Affiliate will be allowed to send four delegates to AQHYA Officer and Director Elections. You can bring as many youth as you would like, but ony four will have voting rights.
- Delegates must be declared by June 6, 2009 - no exceptions
- AQHYA has 11 regions
- Each region will elect 3 AQHYA Directors
- 5 AQHYA Officers will be elected
- Officer and Director Applications are due by April 10, 2009 for pre-convention publicity
- You MUST declare candidacy by May 8, 2009 - no exceptions
