Biosecurity is a top priority of show personnel when planning and hosting a championship show.

The American Quarter Horse Association and Lazy E Arena are requiring all horses competing at the 2019 Zoetis AQHA Versatility Ranch Horse World Championships, Zoetis Ranching Heritage Challenge Finals, AQHA Level 1 Cattle Championships and National Ranch and Stock Horse Alliance National Championship Show to complete the AQHA Horse Health Check-In form.

The AQHA Horse Health Check-In form is designed to supplement the required health certificate and Coggins/EIA certificate by ensuring that horses are also vaccinated against equine herpes virus (EHV-1) and influenza. The form is required for the 2019 Zoetis VRH World to protect horses competing at the event.

All exhibitors must provide proof of vaccination or a booster within 60 days prior to the show but no later than 14 days before arriving at the show to be eligible to enter the Lazy E Arena facility. Please print all completed health documents to expedite your check-in process in Guthrie. For more information on the Health Check-In, visit the resources page at www.aqha.com/versatility.

Check out this biosecurity checklist from AQHA Corporate Partner Zoetis for more information on how to protect your horse on the road and at the show.
