Biosecurity is a top priority of show personnel when planning and hosting a championship show.

The American Quarter Horse Association and Lazy E Arena are requiring all horses competing at the 2019 Zoetis AQHA Versatility Ranch Horse World Championships, Zoetis Ranching Heritage Challenge Finals, AQHA Level 1 Cattle Championships and National Ranch and Stock Horse Alliance National Championship Show to complete the AQHA Horse Health Check-In form.

The AQHA Horse Health Check-In form is designed to supplement the required health certificate and Coggins/EIA certificate by ensuring that horses are also vaccinated against equine herpes virus (EHV-1) and influenza. The form is required for the 2019 Zoetis VRH World to protect horses competing at the event.

All exhibitors must provide proof of vaccination or a booster within 60 days prior to the show but no later than 14 days before arriving at the show to be eligible to enter the Lazy E Arena facility. Please print all completed health documents to expedite your check-in process in Guthrie. For more information on the Health Check-In, visit the resources page at

Check out this biosecurity checklist from AQHA Corporate Partner Zoetis for more information on how to protect your horse on the road and at the show.
