AQHA Service Center Reopens

The American Quarter Horse Association is reopening its Service Center on May 1 at Heritage Place Inc. in Oklahoma City and will continue to follow local mandates related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic to protect AQHA customers and staff.

The AQHA Service Center located at Heritage Place in Oklahoma City will reopen on Friday, May 1, for appointments.

The AQHA Member Experience Team will assist with AQHA business including, but not limited to, registrations, transfers, memberships, reviewing the status of your AQHA work and more!

To obtain assistance with AQHA paperwork, customers must schedule an appointment with the AQHA Member Experience Team at the AQHA Service Center. Details on setting up an appointment, contact information, office hours and more are available at

AQHA will take the necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of customers and staff.

Customers are encouraged to wait for their appointment in their vehicles and to enter the building moments before their scheduled appointment. Customers who are in the building will be asked to social distance and maintain a minimum of 6 feet in between individuals. The AQHA Member Experience Team will continue to comply with all local, state and federal guidelines and modify guidelines as needed.

AQHA Headquarters
Due to local mandates in the City of Amarillo, AQHA Headquarters will remain closed to walk-in customers to protect the health and safety of AQHA customers, staff and the local community until further notice. Customers can continue to utilize the drop box located in front of the AQHA Headquarters building, at the bottom of the steps near the bronze statue of Wimpy to drop off their paperwork during this time in Amarillo.

AQHA will continue to monitor developments in the rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic worldwide and the potential impact on the Association and AQHA events. Additional updates will be shared on as the information is available.
