AQHA is excited to partner with Don Rich Saddles to offer a new incentive to AQHA Ranching Heritage Breeders who have horses competing at the 2019 AQHA Ranching Heritage Challenges. The Ranching Heritage Breeder whose horses earn the most money overall by competing in the 2019 AQHA Ranching Heritage Challenges will receive a Don Rich Saddlery saddle.

“We are proud to have Don Rich Saddlery as a partner,” said AQHA Chief Show Officer Pete Kyle. “Recognizing the achievements of our Ranching Heritage-bred horses is more than just an award, it’s continuing the tradition and heritage of our ranching roots.”

Additionally, Don Rich Saddlery was a presenting sponsor at the 2019 Zoetis AQHA Versatility Ranch Horse World Championships, Zoetis AQHA Ranching Heritage Challenge Finals, AQHA Cattle Level 1 Championships and the National Ranch and Stock Horse Alliance National Championship Show. The AQHA RHC Finals is one of the RHC events counting toward the saddle for the 2019 season. The saddle will be presented at the 2020 AQHA Convention, March 13-16 at the South Point Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

“Our first saddle was made in 1986, and what better way to give back to the industry than by awarding a Ranching Heritage Breeder with one of my saddles for their breeding program’s performance in the arena,” said Don Rich. “We’re proud to be a partner with AQHA in recognizing these horses and the hard work that goes into their success. We look forward to awarding this saddle in 2020 and for many more years to come.”
