Political Attraction, a sorrel son of Apollitical Jess owned by Rogelio Marquez Jr. and Kathy Robinson, made his 4-year-old season debut with a three-quarter length win in Saturday’s 350-yard, $60,420 Eastex Stakes (G2) at Remington Park.
Ridden by James Flores and sent to post as the 11-10 choice in a field of nine, Political Attraction stopped the timer in :17.363. R.L. “Rick” Robinson saddled the Oklahoma-bred gelding, who banked the $37,284 winner’s share of the purse.

Campaigned in Oklahoma and New Mexico, the gelding has won seven of 15 starts, including three of eight at Remington Park, and he has banked $388,390.
Political Attraction’s four stakes wins include the Grade 3, 350-yard Speedhorse Futurity at Fair Meadows at Tulsa in 2017.
Mi Amor Secreto, Hes Limitless, Born To B Bad, Admiral Sting, Myst Fit, High Rate Of Motion, JA Big Bad Gol, and JFR Moonshine completed the order of finish.
