The AQHA Level 1 Championships feature walk-trot, Rookie and Level 1 classes. The shows offer a variety of events and activities for competitors, friends, family and spectators alike to take part in throughout the show. The AQHA East Level 1 Championships is April 22 - 28 at the World Equestrian Center in Wilmington, Ohio; and the AQHA West Level 1 Championships is May 14 -18 in conjunction with the Arizona Quarter Horse Association’s Pinnacle Circuit at WestWorld in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Media Credentials Requests
All journalists/photographers/videographers covering an AQHA event must apply for media credentials. Anyone wanting media credentials for the 2024 AQHA East Level 1 Championships must apply by April 19.
Requests for credentials must be made via the Credential Request Application form on AQHA’s website, or in writing on company letterhead by the commissioning general manager, editor, news director or sports director, and must include the names and titles of those needing credentials. If a request is made in writing on company letterhead, AQHA must subsequently receive a completed Credential Request Application verifying agreement to comply with this policy.

Media interested in credentials for the 2024 AQHA West Level 1 Championships must abide by the AzQHA media policy. Media will be required to obtain a press pass and display it at all times. Press passes can only be obtained from AzQHA.

AQHA Periodical and Brochure Distribution Policy
AQHA prohibits the distribution of magazines, periodicals or brochures on the grounds at AQHA-produced shows unless they are an official communication tool for one of our corporate, show or alliance partners.
Distribution of magazines, periodicals or brochures without express written consent from show management is expressly forbidden.
AQHA may request a copy of the magazine or brochure prior to granting permission. For inquiries, contact aqhajrnl@aqha.org.
