Apollitical B Snow, the 2-1 favorite in a field of 10, sprinted to a wire-to-wire victory in Monday's 400-yard, $58,000 Miss Polly Classic Stakes (G2) at Delta Downs.

Saddled by Rosendo Valdez Jr. for owner Christopher A. Villatoro and ridden by Everardo Rodriguez, Apollitical B Snow defeated 5-2 second choice Mpshinning by a clear 1 1/2 lengths in :19.346. The 4-year-old son of Apollitical Blood earned a 103 speed index while taking down the $36,000 winner's share of the purse from his second graded stakes win of the current Delta Downs meet.

Apollitical B Snow was stretching out in distance off of his wire-to-wire, 1 1/4-length win at odds of 15-1 in the May 11, 350-yard Open Me A Corona Stakes (RG2) for Louisiana-breds. The gelding was bred by the Glinden Leger Estate. Raced exclusively in Louisiana, Apollitical B Snow has won five of 16 starts and has banked $114,658, of which $66,798 has been pocketed from three outs this season.

Stone Cold Leader ran third, 2 1/4 lengths behind the winner, and was followed by Jess B One, Katchi Dat, Jess To Shine, Hot Dam Bam A Lam, Fantasticazoom Jr, Wagons Dash, and My Fast Prize.
