The accomplished and versatile gelding Ima Wynna RAB always shows up.

The 7-year-old gelding has won more than $25,000 in competition, including a top-five finish in amateur working cow horse at the Lucas Oil World Championship Show, National Reined Cow Horse Association, Ranching Heritage and ranch horse events. He’s there to help, whether he needs to stylishly slide to a stop or effortlessly handle an angry heifer at the end of a rope.

On November 6-10, he proved himself yet again, assisting R.A. Brown Ranch at the Working Ranch Cowboys Association World Championship Ranch Rodeo. Ridden by JoJo Lemond, he was the WRCA Top Horse, AQHA Top Horse and also earned the Ranching Heritage-bred Top Horse award.

Ima Wynna RAB is bred and owned by Rob A. Brown of Stinnett, Texas.

The AQHA Ranching Heritage program highlights ranches that are certified as AQHA Ranching Heritage Breeders. These working cattle ranches produce quality horses needed to work on the ranch. The program is designed to showcase the qualities of a working ranch horse by recognizing the top Ranching Heritage-bred horses competing at major events.

The awards are given to the top-placing Ranching Heritage-bred horse in each division, with the tie-breaker going to the horse that defeats the most horses. Anyone can show these horses, which are eligible for special events such as AQHA Ranching Heritage Challenges. Brown, as both the breeder and owner, will receive $500 and a specially designed ranch horse trophy.

Ima Wynna RAB is by PG Shogun and is out of the Right On Tivio mare Right On Eddie RAB.
