The mare Bigtime Holly earned the Top Ranching Heritage-bred Award at the Nutrena East AQHA Level 1 Championships, held May 1-5 in Wilmington, Ohio.

Ranching Heritage-bred horses are ones bred by AQHA Ranching Heritage Breeders. Anyone can show these horses, which are eligible for special events such as the Zoetis AQHA Ranching Heritage Challenges.

The AQHA Ranching Heritage Breeder program spotlights the quality horses produced by AQHA Ranching Heritage Breeders. The Ranching Heritage Breeders program is designed to showcase the qualities of a working ranch horse by recognizing the top Ranching Heritage-bred horses competing at major competitions. The horse owner receives $250 and a specially created ranch-horse trophy, and the breeder also receives $250.

Bigtime Holly was bred on the historic Four Sixes Ranch by the Best Remuda-winning Burnett Ranches LLC. She was shown by owner Katelynn Morgan Kemp.

Bigtime Holly is a 7-year-old daughter of the racehorse Bigtime Favorite, himself a son of American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame member Chicks Beduino, and she is out of the Royal Fletch mare Sixes Holly.

Bigtime Holly has earned six points in open and amateur competition combined.
