Reletless Politics, a homebred graded stakes winning son of the Apollitical Jess stallion Chilitos racing for Javier Garza and Marco X. Ramirez, drew post 3 for Saturday's 350-yard, $205,000 TQHA Sires' Cup Futurity (RG2) at Retama Park.

Reletless Politics brings in a three-race win streak that includes a half-length victory in the July 6, $303,000 Firecracker Futurity (G2) at Delta Downs. The third-fastest qualifier, the sorrel gelding is coming off of a 1 1/4-length win in one of eight trials on August 2.

Reletless Politics will be ridden by Victor Urieta Jr. for trainer Juan Diaz Jr., who qualified three finalists, including fastest qualifier Machiavelli for owner CH Racing LLC. A $51,000 purchase at last year's Ruidoso Select Yearling Sale, the Tempting Dash colt has earned $77,521 from four starts, and his record includes a third-place finish, three-quarters of a length behind winner DK Marney Jess, in the 330-yard, $622,000 Sam Houston Futurity (G2) on June 15.

Machiavelli drew post 5 and will be ridden by Nestor Duran.

Also on Saturday, 10 sophomores are entered back in the 400-yard, $105,000 TQHA Sires' Cup Derby (R).

Third-fastest qualifier Frankie Jr boasts a four-race win streak that includes victories in the 400-yard, $70,000 Adequan Sam Houston Derby Challenge Stakes on May 10, and the 330-yard, $45,000 Silver Bullet Stakes (R) for state-bred 3-year-olds at Retama Park on June 27. Juan Diaz Jr. trains the sorrel Kas Tempting gelding.

Frankie Jr drew post 2 and will be ridden by Victor Urieta Jr.
