Texas Classic Payments

Texas Classic race sustaining payments are due June 15.

Sustaining payments for the 2019 Texas Classic Futurity and Derby are due June 15.

The payment of $400 keeps horses eligible for the Grade 1 events.  Late nomination fee is $2,000 plus payments to date ($5,050). 

The finals for the races are set for November 9 at Lone Star Park.  

Last year, Flying Cowboy 123 won the $1 million Texas Classic Futurity (G1) on his way to  becoming the sport's champion 2-year-old colt; Hotstepper won the $375,610 Texas Classic Futurity (G1) on his way to becoming the sport's champion 3-year-old.
