Please be advised that all payments received by AQHA after May 1, 2022, will be assessed a nonrefundable transaction fee of 2.5%. AQHA reserves the right to waive the fee, if payment is submitted by check or money order.
Instead of raising the fees of AQHA business services, your payment now includes a transaction fee to cover the rising cost of fees that the Association incurs to process payments.
Customers who have stored credit card information in AQHA Member Services will be required to re-enter that information and save for future use.
Fiscal responsibility is a top priority for AQHA to ensure the future of the Association for generations to come. This policy will cover transaction fees associated with processing your business to continue to best serve our members and their American Quarter Horses around the world, while also enhancing the Association’s programs and member benefits.
