The 44th annual Triangle Fall Horse Sale will return October 26-28 to the 2023 Nutrena AQHA World Championship Show and AQHA Select World Championship Show, presented by Adequan® (polysulfated glycosaminoglycan), at the OKC Fairgrounds in Oklahoma City.
