San Lorenzo Corona earned his fourth graded stakes victory on Friday, as the Coronas Leaving You stallion was a prompt 13-10 favorite in Friday's $60,000 Vals Fortune Stakes (RG2) for Louisiana-breds at Delta Downs.

Trained by Josue Ponce for owner Rogelio Marquez Jr., San Lorenzo Corona covered 400 yards in :19.592 while defeating 3-1 second choice Featuring Fast Jess by a half of a length. Victor Urieta Jr. rode the 5-year-old stallion, who earned a 95 speed index and banked the $36,000 winner's share of the purse.

San Lorenzo Corona was bred by Jim and Natalie Montgomery. The stallion made his season debut with a neck victory in the 350-yard, $50,000 Open Me A Corona Stakes (RG2) at Delta Downs on May 10.

San Lorenzo Corona has won seven of 15 starts and has banked $194,889 while racing exclusively in Louisiana.

DLJ Imma Be Famous ran third, a head behind Featuring Fast Jess. Lightemupwithcharm, Ho Lotta Game, Eye Am Sizzlin, Fast Dashin Perry, WW Showtime, and JLS Dash N Fire completed the order of finish.
