Jay Number 7 Tops John Deere Will Rogers Juvenile Challenge trials.

Dustin Cox’s homebred Jay Number 7 topped the trials for the $30,000-added John Deere Will Rogers Juvenile Challenge, to be run on September 22. 
The Im A Fancy PYC gelding was a game winner guided by Jose Vega, covering the 350 yards in :17.618.

He was trained by Samuel Validvia, and adds this win to his career total of four wins from seven starts and earnings of $103,954. The horse earlier in the year was fifth in the Heritage Place Futurity (G1) and was also third in the Remington Park Juvenile Stakes. 

The remaining qualifiers are Americana (:17.719), Valiant Lota (:17.725), Candy Mystique (:17.888), Rrelentless (:17.939), Shakem Six Cartel (:17.957), Beaus Blood (:18.006), A Kool Injun (:18.097), Target Locked (:18.204) and Ima Secret Daisy (:18.261).
