AQHA Racing Medication Awards and Publicity Policy

The American Quarter Horse Association has policies concerning awards and publicity of horses and trainers with racing medication positives for a Class 1 substance, Class 2 substance,  albuterol, clenbuterol, any prohibited substances in the presiding jurisdiction, or any medications other than those defined by the Association of Racing Commissioners International (ARCI) as being a controlled therapeutic medication.

Horses Ineligible for 2019 Awards and Publicity: These horses have been identified as ineligible for 2019 AQHA media coverage and awards, based on the AQHA Racing Medication Awards and Publicity Policy.
