Getting Started

You must be a current member to access your myAQHA account. Before you create an account, be sure your phone number and email address are up to date with AQHA. Current members can do this online through the existing aqha.com Member Services area and immediately create a myAQHA account. For current members that do not have an aqha.com Member Services account, complete this form, and the AQHA team will update your information. Once your information is updated, reference this step-by-step instructional guide.

What is myAQHA? Is AQHA.com going away?
MyAQHA is AQHA’s new member portal, replacing the current Member Services section on AQHA.com while the main website remains in place. Built in response to member feedback, myAQHA enhances access to AQHA services and membership information. This initial launch provides online access to membership and ownership details, with additional features rolling out monthly.

MyAQHA gives members access to: 

  • Current membership and expiration date  

  • Renew and upgrade your membership immediately online

  • ​Membership card, print or save on demand

  • Register a horse

  • Currently owned, previously owned and leased American Quarter Horses

  • Certificate Manager portal access to digital copies of registration certificates

Who can create a myAQHA account? 
All current members may create a myAQHA account. Expired members may renew their membership within myAQHA to receive full access to myAQHA's member benefits. Members must ensure their phone number and email address on file are up to date prior to account creation.

Once I create a myAQHA account, can I still use my existing AQHA.com member services account?
Yes. During the transition period, you’ll have access to both systems. However, you must complete any work for a horse within the same system where you started it – you can’t begin a transaction in one and finish it in the other. AQHA will notify you in advance before the old system is officially retired.

Can I link my accounts or allow someone to be an authorized agent in myAQHA?
Linking accounts is not part of the initial myAQHA launch. However, authorized agents can do work  on behalf of others. To ensure your account is set up correctly, contact AQHA at 806-376-4811.

Is there a fee to access myAQHA?
No, myAQHA is free and is a benefit of being an AQHA member. Nonmembers will need to join AQHA and expired members will need to renew their membership to access myAQHA.

Can I provide feedback on myAQHA?
Yes! We want your constructive feedback on the myAQHA experience. Use the "Feedback" button on the right-hand side of the screen to let us know what you think!

Can I complete a registration in myAQHA?
Yes! You may now complete registrations in myAQHA.
