Differences between rules published on AQHA's website and the print rulebook shall be governed by the official rules published on the website.

AQHA’s bylaws set forth the governance structure of AQHA including the rights, responsibilities and voting privileges of AQHA’s members, directors, officers and Executive Committee. The bylaws also designate the size of the board and the number of directors which may represent a particular state, province or international country. Further, the bylaws address how and when Association meetings are conducted and specify that the business and property of AQHA shall be managed and controlled by the board of directors and the Executive Committee.
