Rainbow Derby

The Rainbow Derby (G1) is the second leg of the Ruidoso Derby Triple Crown series hosted at Ruidoso Downs.  Trials run at the beginning of July, with finals following two weeks after.

The first leg is the Ruidoso Derby, and the final leg is the All American Derby. If one horse wins all three races, its connections will receive a $1 million bonus.
