Health Certificate Requirements

The State of Oklahoma is requiring horses from counties with positive vesicular stomatitis cases within the last thirty (30) days or a premise under quarantine for vesicular stomatitis to have a health certificate within 5 days of when you are traveling to Oklahoma.

AQHYA World exhibitors who are from an area that has a positive VS case are required to have a health certificate within five (5) days of when you leave, instead of the 30-day requirement.
