The Tarheel Triple Classic is one of the premier events on the East Coast and is the combination of the North Carolina Youth Quarter Horse Association show, the Little Futurity, and the North Carolina Quarter Horse Association Jamboree.

“It is a great collaboration between the three entities to provide exhibitors a unique experience of showing to 10 total AQHA judges in two weekends with a very lucrative Futurity in between,” said Randy Ratliff of NCQHA.

During this year's show, June 11-20, AQHA Director of Shows and Professional Horsemen Patti Carter gave two presentations about the AQHA 75th anniversary recognition program.

While in North Carolina, Patti also recognized NCQHA with a plaque for its dedication and contributions to the American Quarter Horse and AQHA as part of the 75th anniversary program.
