AQHA Judge and 20-year breeder Steve Heckaman and his wife, Erin, announce a complete dispersal of horses, tack and equipment hosted by Pro Horse Services.

“The first part of Steve’s complete dispersal will be featured in the Pro Horse Services February Online Auction,” said Mike Jennings of Pro Horse Services. “Steve’s broodmares will be offered in Part 1. Show horses and prospects, as well as tack and equipment, will be offered in the March online auction.”

According to the dispersal Facebook page, “AQHA world champion and judge Steve Heckaman is offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to purchase from the best-bred western show horses of our time.”
Steve has been associated with many of the top western pleasure horses in the industry. One of the accomplished American Quarter Horses, Potential Investment, is a strong influence on the horses offered in this dispersal. Broodmares by this top sire will be offered in the February online auction, along with mares by other popular western pleasure sires.
This will be a rare opportunity to buy the best Quarter Horse mares from a top breeder’s program.
The group of mares includes Investment Lollipop, by Potential Investment and out of the great western pleasure mare Sunsational Lollipop, who was third at the AQHA World Championship Show in senior western pleasure. She is a multiple Register of Merit producer, including KM Boshotinvestment, AQHA World Show finalist in 2-year-old western pleasure, and sells bred to Zippos Mr Good Bar. Other mares include My Asset Zizzles, by Potential Asset, selling bred to Born To Be Blazing, a half sister to Zizzles Hot Blaze, National Snaffle Bit Association $15,105 earner and top-10 finalist at the AQHA World Show. Her dam, Zizzles Hot Impulse, was an Adequan Select world champion in western pleasure and fourth in the AQHA World Show senior western pleasure with NSBA earnings of $14,386. Another is Fancys Potential, by Potential Investment, a full sister, in blood, to Potential Career and All American Quarter Horse Congress champion A Career Investment, selling bred to Born To Be Blazing. Also selling is Potential Elegance, by Potential Investment, a sister to Unprincipled, world champion in amateur western riding, third in AQHA World Show junior western riding and open AQHA Champion that is bred to Machine Made.
