All AQHA exhibitors and horses are eligible to compete in Level 3, but Level 3 is also reserved as the only level in which the most highly accomplished competitors may show. 

Eligibility is tabulated by all points earned in the past three years, all divisions, all levels excluding exhibitor Level 1 and Rookie points. 

Level 3 is the only level in which world championships are awarded. Yes, to earn a coveted golden globe, an exhibitor or horse must be competing in Level 3. The world championship shows include:
