If you are attending the 2018 AQHA Convention in Jacksonville, Florida, stop by the AQHA Political Action Committee (AQHPAC) Reception. The reception is from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 3 in the River Terrace 1 room.

The AQHA Political Action Committee ensures that the American Quarter Horse Association’s voice is heard in Washington D.C. Equine industry issues are as diverse as the people who own horses. The reception is an opportunity for members to learn about the AQHPAC and our work in Washington, DC.

AQHA needs members who help support the horse industry’s efforts in Washington, DC. By making a donation to the AQHPAC, it will further our work on Capitol Hill.

There will be a live and silent auction at the reception, which includes items such as a breeding to American Quarter Horse stallion VS Code Blue, a Shorty’s hat, Lori Tobin original art, handmade bits and other great items.

                 

The 2018 AQHA Convention is March 2-5 in Jacksonville, Florida, at the Hyatt Regency Riverfront. The convention is a chance for breeders, trainers, owners and horse lovers of all kinds to talk about issues affecting the industry and discuss proposed changes to the way AQHA does business.
