The American Quarter Horse Association implemented an International Care Team.

Because AQHA supports business and members in nearly 100 countries, on December 3, the Association debuted a new International Care Team. Comprised of hand-picked team members from the Registration and Customer Care departments, these talented, hard-working staff members will support the business needs of AQHA's 37,000 international members.

The mission of the AQHA Member Experience team is to improve the international-customer experience by making it easier and more enjoyable to do business with AQHA, and by focusing on the timely completion and delivery of AQHA work.
